Data Deletion Request

Use this page to request deletion of personal data associated with one of our games. Fill in the form below and click submit — your default email client will open with a message pre-composed to info@nimble.gs. Send the email to finalize your request.

How this works

1. Complete the form below with your details and the game you'd like data deleted from.
2. Click "Open Email to Send Request". Your mail client opens with a draft to info@nimble.gs.
3. Send the email. We may follow up to verify ownership before processing.

What we delete

• Account-linked personal data (name, email, contact details on file)
• Gameplay progress tied to that account or player ID
• Support correspondence associated with the account

What we retain

• Aggregated and anonymized analytics that cannot be tied back to an individual
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase receipts and anti-fraud logs

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification. Routine backups containing residual data are purged on their own rolling schedule (up to 90 days).
