How to request data deletion for a game

If you'd like us to delete personal data associated with one of our games, please use our data deletion request page or email info@nimble.gs with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

  • Steps: Open the data deletion request page and submit the form with your name, contact email, the game name, and your in-game player ID or account email. Your mail client will open with a pre-filled message to info@nimble.gs. We may follow up to verify ownership before processing.
  • What's deleted vs. retained: We delete account-linked personal data, gameplay progress tied to that account, and any support correspondence. We retain aggregated and anonymized analytics, plus records we're legally required to keep, such as purchase receipts and anti-fraud logs.
  • Retention period: We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification. Routine backups containing residual data are purged on their own rolling schedule (up to 90 days).
